Q. Do we have to pay a deposit?
A. We rarely accept a deposit, however we may require an interim payment at the half-way point of your work, depending on the size/nature of the project. This will be agreed with you upon acceptance.

Q. When can you start?
A. We endeavour to agree a start date as soon as your order has been placed with us. At this time, we will also attempt to provide you with a completion date, however this will be subject to any additional work needed during the project and any adverse weather conditions.
